The Graduate Center of the City University of New York (CUNY) has decided to show for the next TEN years the unique concert given by Gaudencio Thiago de Mello with his band THIAGO DE MELLO & AMAZON celebrating the 60th Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, by the United Nations, which took place on December10th, 2008 at the Graduate Center in New York City and filmed by CUNY TV - channel 75.
In this concert Thiago de Mello invited the Brazilian singer Ithamara Koorax to be his special guest artist. All the songs in this famous concert were composed and arranged by Thiago de Mello.

Thiago de Mello is the special guest to appear with the Haroldo Mauro Jr. Trio in the Long Island Winterfest Steinway Series. The theme of this year's festival is Jazz on the Vine and the concert will be held in the Sparkling Pointe Winery, at Southold, Long Island.
Sunday, March 7 at 2PM. The venue is located at 39750 County Road 48, Southold, NY. Admission is free.

Thiago de Mello will be performing with twice Grammy Winner Sharon Isbin at the Annandale-on-Hudson, upstate New York, on Saturday, June 12th, 2010 in a program which includes famous songs for classical guitar from the nominated Cd JOURNEY TO THE AMAZON, in which Thiago participated as a musician. The program for this concert includes 6 songs composed by Thiago de Mello.
